The support I offer

Life is hectic, right? And not necessarily in a bad way. But sometimes all the responsibilities, decisions and tasks can feel overwhelming, and you realise that you’re not enjoying the things you normally do. Or perhaps you are finding yourself more emotional, sleeping less or losing patience in your relationships.

Have you had time to ask yourself what you really want, and need, from life? No? You’re not alone!

But, you deserve that time as much as anyone! Hey, it might even give you the energy and self-awareness to continue throwing yourself into life, but with just a bit more steadiness and even more enjoyment!

This is where I can help!

My therapeutic training, my years supporting others’ mental health, and my own experiences as a human, make me very well placed to work with you!

I bring enthusiasm, steadiness and openness, with a strong belief in your ability to know what you need, given the right support.

And how will I do this?

Firstly, I want to hear what you want from therapy - I can offer one-off sessions or ongoing, and you set the agenda - and then we can work with that.

I use my training to create a space that feels comfortable for you to speak; I listen and empathise, as well as helping you to notice the things that are holding you back or making you feel unhappy.

And we can also use practical and creative tools to put things into reality, e.g., for time management or reflection.

I wish people would listen to me like you do!

I offer brief therapy, between 1 and 10 sessions, as well as longer-term therapy.

Each session is 50 minutes in length.

I work with adults online via Google Meet or by telephone.
