What to expect from therapy

Firstly, I want to hear what you want from therapy - I can offer one-off sessions or ongoing, and you set the agenda - and then we can work with that.

I use my training to create a space that feels comfortable for you to speak; I listen and empathise, as well as helping you to notice the things that are holding you back or making you feel unhappy.

And we can also use practical and creative tools to put things into reality, e.g., for time management or reflection.

I offer brief therapy, between 1 and 10 sessions, as well as longer-term therapy.

Each session is 50 minutes in length.

I work with adults online via Google Meet or by telephone.

Frequently asked questions

It can feel quite daunting signing up to anything new, especially therapy - so here are answers to some of the questions you are likely to have before you can decide if this is for you.

I want this process to be as transparent and easy for you as possible, so if you can’t see the answer to your question here, send me a message.
