Outdoor therapy

Outdoor therapy is any activity that takes the talking we often do in a room/online into the outdoors. This can have many different guises. The important part is that the outdoor experience enriches and complements the therapeutic one, and vice versa. I’ll tell you more about how I work below!

My outdoor approach

I am currently accepting new clients (adults only). Sessions are £60 for 50 minutes. From one-off to weekly, you decide how many you need.
